Updated: 10/10/26: Just wanted to add something here, they replaced a part of my A/C, the whole process went thru smoothly and Matteo was very knowledgeable and explained all into details, he didn't skip any steps that were supposed to get the A/C to its best working condition and showed me the logic behind of each steps. After 2 months of back and forth dealings with another AC company that provided terrible service causing more problems and failing to repair our new TRANE unit, Chris and Mateo from Southern Mechanical Services demonstrated what true professionalism and proven expertise look like. They took the time needed to thoroughly diagnose several issues with our unit including poorly installed equipment, tubing and dangerously positioned electrical components that could have led to a fire (all due to our previous AC company's careless work/installation).
